Positive Birth Program - Outline of Classes
Group Classes This course involves 12 hours of training for Mothers-to-be and birth partner, in four 3-hour sessions.
The course comprises the full Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program, a workbook of the complete course work, and access to online resources.
Light supper is provided. Class size is limited so it is a fairly small interactive group experience. Bookings are essential.
Private Classes The course may also be done privately in a weekend at your home, with two days of 6-hour sessions, or four 3-hour sessions.

There is also a condensed intensive course, for special circumstances that require it.
