Preparing for your Hypnobirthing Refresher Class

Hello again!

I'm so excited to hear your lovely news of another Baby coming. And I'm really honoured for you to choose me to journey again with you.

I have some points below for our upcoming class in your home, to ensure you get the very most out of your hypnobirthing experience this time around.

Refresher Class

This is a really comprehensive class to help you and your birth partner to become prepared and empowered once again, for this upcoming birth.

Our refresher program is 3 hours in duration and though we have a Hypnobirthing Australia Refresher Class format to loosely follow, we will tailor it specifically to your needs.
We will also talk about your prior birth and what worked for you. To that end, please send me a short list of what you'd like to prioritise for your class so I can be prepared.

You will also receive a new Hypnobirthing Australia folio with a new coupon number to access your online resources once again.

What do we need?

Television with a HDMI port to attach my laptop to; I have the HDMI cable.
(If your TV doesn't have an HDMI port, please let me know in advance.)
A spare electrical plug near the TV, or an extension cord to one.
A kitchen-type chair for me near the TV, and a small side-table/coffee-table in front if possible, for my laptop and gear.
Comfy lounge or chairs for you to sit on.
Wear comfy clothing. Your comfort is important!
An exercise ball if you have one, and size is important!
I highly recommend having one again for this pregnancy and labour at home.
If you need to know how to check the size, please text me and I'll call you.
If you don't have an exercise ball, please let me know in advance and I'll bring one with me.
Have some food before we start, and some water to sip during the class.
Grazing throughout is fine too if you need!
